Tracking will be available as soon as the item arrives in the destination country! Once the item arrives we can update the tracking number. You can then track your shipment with DHL .

Your order will be shipped as soon as it has been processed in our warehouse. Our order processing times are: 5-7 working days depending on product design and item. Most of our items are made to order to ensure the best quality for our customers!

Shipment

If you choose standard shipping, your order should arrive within Germany, Austria and Switzerland within 4-9 days .

We also deliver outside the DACH region. For more information about shipping write us an email or via Whatsapp.

If you're paying within the DACH region, you should n't have to pay any duties or taxes .

We charge shipping costs at €6 per order.

Payment can be made with PayPal, Klarna invoice, crypto currency, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Return & Right of Withdrawal

We constantly strive to deliver the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for a different model within 30 days of receiving your order.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The goods must be unworn and unwashed.
All original labels must be attached to the goods.
Goods purchased at a discount or sale cannot be returned.
Customers can initiate the return process by contacting us atsupport@ultratechwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has already been paid and you want to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
